Set up an E-mail Auto-Reply (Out-of-Office) Message

This example sets up and auto-reply for info@nbrconsulting.com, please replace it with your own company's E-mail address and domain name.

  1. Go to www.NBRconsulting.com/webmail
  2. Enter your UserID (usually "info", the part before the "@" in your E-mail address)
  3. Enter your E-mail password
  4. Click "Login"
  5. On the "Home" tab, click on "Setup and autoreply" at the bottom of the page
  6. Select the option near the top of that page that says "Autoreply with the following message", and enter your message in the box below
  7. If you want your messages forwarded to another address while the auto-reply is running, select "Forward to", and enter the E-mail address where messages should be forwarded.
  8. If you are forwarding messages and you do NOT want a copy to remain in your own Inbox, uncheck the box under "POP Delivery"
  9. Click the "Save" button in the bottom right

To turn the Auto-Reply message OFF, do the following:

  1. Go to www.NBRconsulting.com/webmail
  2. Enter your UserID (usually "info", the part before the "@" in your E-mail address)
  3. Enter your E-mail password
  4. Click "Login"
  5. On the "Home" tab, click on "Setup and autoreply" at the bottom of the page
  6. Select the option near the top of that page that says "Do not autoreply"
  7. In the "Mail Forward" section, select "Do not forward"
  8. In the "POP Delivery" section, check the box
  9. Click the "Save" button in the bottom right
