Set up an E-mail Auto-Reply (Out-of-Office) Message

This example sets up and auto-reply for info@nbrconsulting.com, please replace it with your own company's E-mail address and domain name.

  1. Go to www.nbrconsulting.com/ControlPanel/
  2. Enter your UserID (usually "info", the part before the "@" in your E-mail address)
  3. Enter your E-mail password
  4. Click "Login"
  5. On the "Autoreplies"
  6. Click on "Create New Message"
  7. Enter a "Message Name", this is only for you to distinguish messages, it will not be part of the autoresponder sent
  8. Enter a "Message Body", which will be the autoresponder that people will see when they E-mail you
  9. Click "Save"
  10. Click "Enable" next to the Autoresponder that you just created

To turn the Auto-Reply message OFF, do the following:

  1. Go to www.nbrconsulting.com/ControlPanel/
  2. Enter your UserID (usually "info", the part before the "@" in your E-mail address)
  3. Enter your E-mail password
  4. Click "Login"
  5. On the "Autoreplies"
  6. Click on "Disable All"
